Loving on the

13-Month  intimate growth partnership container for women who are ready to go deeper
website story.jpeg

AN INVITATION

This is not a course
It's a living system

You've already been doing the work. Reading the books, sitting with the questions, finding your way through territories that didn't come with a map. You're not a beginner. You're someone who knows that real growth is slow, non-linear, and deeply relational — and you're ready for a container that honors that.

Loving on the Front Lines is an invitation to explore the landscape of your own identity evolution alongside a small group of women doing the same. Not to be guided to a destination. To build your own path, in the presence of others building theirs.

We meet once a month, in person, for thirteen months. Long enough to actually move through something. Long enough for the real work to surface.

The Hidden Fracture Line

You feel a deep ache to stand for your values.

To meet disconnect with Love.

When the rules change suddenly and pervasively it can be disorientating.

Where do I even begin?

Where am I needed most?

How much do I really have to give?

How much further can I stretch?

These are healthy questions for

You learned early:

The capable take care of everyone else.

Being needed makes you valuable.
Love means sacrifice.
Your needs are negotiable.

Nobody gave you permission to matter.

So you became indispensable.

You over-function.
You anticipate.
You regulate everyone else.
You carry more than your share.

That pattern works in crisis.

It does not work for rebuilding.

The Potential Second Fracture

There was a time when you stepped forward easily.

As a therapist, you brought your insight into every room.
As a parent, you carried the emotional weight of the household.
As a social worker, you went the extra mile — even when it wasn’t required.
As a volunteer, you were the one who stayed late and cleaned up.

You noticed.
You initiated.
You carried.

Until it cost too much.

So you stepped back.

You stopped raising your hand.
You stopped offering solutions.
You stopped anticipating needs before they were spoken.

You told yourself you were finally protecting your energy.

And maybe you were.

But something else happened too.

You became more guarded.
More selective.

More quiet in rooms where you once felt alive.

You watch others struggle with the weight you used to carry.
You know that when hands stop going up, the load shifts somewhere.

And if you’re honest —
you know you are not showing up as your best self.

Not because you don’t care.

But because caring once cost you more than you were prepared to lose.

Your purpose didn’t disappear.

It just went silent under self-preservation.

If we rebuild families, nonprofits, recovery spaces, and communities from self-erasure,
the cost will be invisible — but unsustainable.

Before we can build collaborative, resilient systems,
we must repair the place inside you that believes your needs are optional.

Self first is not selfish.

It is structural repair.

Imagine This

Imagine this.

You still show up.
You still love fiercely.
You still hold space for the people who need you most.

But something is different.

You’re not running on adrenaline.
You’re not quietly disappearing into everyone else’s needs.
You’re not lying awake wondering how much longer you can hold this pace.

You’ve learned — not just intellectually, but in your body —
that you were always allowed to matter too.

Your love hasn’t diminished.

It’s become sustainable.

And because you’ve stopped bleeding out quietly in service of others,
you’ve become what your family, your work, and your community actually need:

A steady presence.

Not a sacrifice.

Who this is for

This is for the ones who carry.

You may be:

  • A parent trying to love a struggling child without collapsing.

  • A nonprofit director doing the work of five people.

  • A therapist who holds everyone else’s trauma but rarely receives support.

  • A partner navigating addiction or mental health inside your home.

  • A community volunteer filling gaps no one officially assigned to you.

  • A quiet organizer building what doesn’t yet exist.

Your roles are different.

The nervous system pattern underneath is the same.

The diversity in this room is not accidental.

The mirrors are part of the medicine.

What Loving on the Front Lines is

This is not a burnout recovery program.

This is a Rebellion on Relational Rewiring

For 13 months, we work at the level where systems actually change:

Inside bodies.
Inside relationships.
Inside real-time collaboration.

We do not heal in isolation and then return to community.

We heal through community.

What we Practice

Nervous System Foundation

You learn how your body has been carrying the weight.
We build regulation that holds under pressure.
You stop confusing hyper-functioning with strength.

Permission & Identity

We examine the beliefs that equate love with self-abandonment.
You practice living as if you have permission to matter —
until your nervous system believes it.

Growth Partnerships

Each participant engages in intentional growth partnerships.
The work lives in pairs, in the group, and in your real-world relationships.

We build trust.

We learn each other’s wounds.
Not to process trauma in this room —
but to understand the nervous systems we are collaborating with.

Boundaried Collaboration

You move from over-carrying or withdrawal to co-creating.
From silent resentment to transparent agreements.
From rescuing to invitation.

Conflict & Repair

Conflict is not a failure of the container.
Permanent avoidance is.

We practice repair in real time.

No triangulation.
No ally-building behind closed doors.
Concerns are brought forward with the intention of strengthening the field.

The Power of the Pause

When tension rises, we slow down.

We allow silence.
We let discomfort surface.
We trust that regulation — not urgency — builds resilience.

Discomfort is not danger.
It is information.

About our own partnership style

This container is co-facilitated by Erin and Jenny.

Erin brings years of embodied stewardship inside culture building inside a women's Moon Circle, recovery housing, and ___family?___

Jenny brings complementary nervous system wisdom and quieter leadership — a steady presence that deepens the field and strengthens co-regulation.  Board Positions?  Dream doulaing?

We model collaborative leadership in real time.

No one person holds everything.

That is part of the work.

Community Agreements

This container is intentionally curated.

Active participation is required — even though it may look different for each person.

We commit to:

  • Protecting the sacredness and safety of the field

  • Confidentiality and consent

  • Repair over withdrawal

  • No weaponizing wounds shared

  • No triangulation

  • Willingness to self-reflect before self-defend

  • Collaboration over dominance

  • Explore with genuine compassionate curiosity

  • Co-create boundaries with other participants on mutual aid outside this structure

This is not passive consumption.

It is relational practice.

Enrollment includes a conversation to ensure mutual fit.

Because diversity transforms only when shared commitment is present.

What you Receive

  • Monthly group sessions facilitated by Erin and Jenny

  • Monthly private 1:1 sessions with Erin

This is not therapy.      And it is not a mastermind.       It is a living relational field.

Find your stretch

Growth does not happen in comfort, it happens in one's edges.

We invite you to choose your stretch.

A stretch is not panic.
It is not self-sacrifice.
It is not financial harm.

It is an investment that asks something of you —  it asks you to step up for yourself
without pushing your nervous system into shutdown or regret.

The investment range is $5,000 – $7,500 for 13 months.

Why a range?

Because we are practicing collaborative sustainability from the start.

We both engage in various service positions in the community so there is a minimum we must receive in return for our contribution.  Those needing to stretch at a higher end make it possible for others to step forward.

This is part of building differently. You are not buying permission.

You are reclaiming it.

And when the ones who carry reclaim permission, the systems they build change.

If you feel this

If you are already on the front lines —
in your home, your work, your community —
and you know something inside you needs recalibration before you can carry more,

this is your room.

Not to escape the work.

To fortify it.
