Our 2025 retreat gathered an AMAZING group of women ready to explore the power of their sacred rage, nervous system regulation, and embodiment on their growth and dream life. Getting to Know Your Parts & Patterns
What's gotten you to where you are today — the roles you've played, the ways you've adapted, the strategies you built to stay safe — requires acknowledgement and compassion. They were created for a reason, and naming them provides insight into the patterns and beliefs that may be keeping you small and misaligned. Day 1 offers a compassionate space to explore those parts/patterns of self.
