Service Description

Health advice, work demands, and societal expectations rarely take our cyclical nature as women into consideration. We are expected to behave as if our energy and needs are consistent. (Which they are NOT.) It's time to get curious and honor what your body is trying to tell you. In this workshop, we'll explore and layer all the cycles (seasons, life span, moon, menstruation, and more) that stack up and influence our unique experiences.
