Loving on the Frontlines is built on courageous love. These commitments create the kind of community where growth becomes possible. These aren't promises of perfection. They are intentions we'll return to again and again.

Come as I am. - I don't have to have it all together. I commit to showing up honestly, even when I don't have answers.

Stay curious. - I will practice replacing certainty, defensiveness, and assumptions with curiosity—about myself and others.

Practice between gatherings - Growth happens in everyday life, not just during our monthly meetings. I am willing to engage with the practices between sessions.

Honor confidentiality. - The stories shared within this community are held with care and respect.

Take ownership of my journey. - Others may walk beside me, but no one can do my work for me.

Offer courageous love. - I am willing to both receive and offer honest, compassionate feedback when invited.
